Do not hire unless you want to pay for nothing

I paid "$500" dollars to have Jeff Biddle file a bankruptcy case. He never communicated to me unless I wrote him a nasty email. I took all the courses to take for my bankruptcy case. My court date was December 11th. I live in Las Vegas NV and I had to fly back with my mom to AZ for court. We flew the night before and got a hotel and several Uber rides. By the way my mom is retired and paid for the flights and hotel. We get to the court the next morning. Jeff Biddle walks in the waiting room and says Oh didn't I tell you, your case was dismissed. No he did not contact me "and" he said it was dismissed due to my work pay stubs. What? We walked out of the waiting room and another lawyer walked up to us and said get another lawyer, your lawyer just lied to you. I tried to find out what that lawyer was talking about "but" he left when he saw Jeff Biddle coming our way. Jeff Biddle is lazy and never did anything for my case. All the bills he told me not to pay due to my bankruptcy case. Well the creditors are all coming after me and are all charging me with late fees. I have to pay everyone he told me not to pay. We also wasted our time flying to AZ for court. "If" you want to waste your money hire a lazy lawyer like Jeff Biddle. He should not be practicing law. They need to remove his license ASAP before he scams another. Still owing all my creditors. Joann Marinelli

Lack of legal representation lost me my trial... and my bank account

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
First of all I was misrepresented due to evidence provided to Jeff Biddle and supporting staff to counter the allegation against myself in court. Provided supporting documentation was not used to discredit the sworn in testimony of the plaintiff at trial time, when he was blatantly lying on the stand. All legal and supporting documentation that was provided to this law firm for which was key evidence, was not used in my behalf. Court documentation submitted to the courts was also removed as evidence due to incorrect court filing procedures. I lost this trial due to the inability of this law firm to provide the information appropriately and timely. I found this lawyer to be not familiar enough with my case because of the fumbling through the 3 ring notebooks he brought to court. Not to mention numerous conversations regarding we had discussing evidence material. Communication regarding questions that arose regarding the case was continually initiated by myself with little to no timely response. Most information communicated back was vague and not informative enough from the legal staff. I was always offered a return call by the lawyer. Only after several attempts would a return inquiry be addressed. Very poor client to professional communication. Prior to judgement upon my case, I received information of my overall bill of Biddle Law Firm fees. The agreed upon amount for a withdraw now was doubling. I was informed that the original agreed upon monthly fee was not enough to cover overall fees of case in a timely manner. No discussion or permission it was just done. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED this law firm for anyone seeking legal advise or representation.

Jeff Biddle, AZ attorney, embezzled money from my account

Warning to any and all potential victims of hiring Jeff Biddle, Arizona Divorce and Bankruptcy attorney. He lured me in with an automatic draft from my checking account in lieu of a customary $3K retainer fee. Little did I realize, he would trump over $8K in basic secretarial fees without ever once representing me in court. He sent multiple letters to the wrong address, charged me regarding billing issues and had his wife (who oversee's his billing) withdraw over $1500 in one day without my authorization. Basically, he wracked up bogus charges under my name and used my checking account as an open-ended credit card to rob me blind. Every time I tried to communicate with his office, I was promised return phone calls that never happened and more charges withdrawn from my account. I will seek restitution from the Arizona bar, but if there is one person I could save from this nightmare then this post will have helped one or hopefully more people from a fraud of an attorney- Jeff Biddle.
